Meet Kelly Boyer
Founder of NeuroLiminal™ Performance
Sustainable clarity and deep regulation don't come from "white knuckling" through stress. They are a direct reflection of the health and flexibility of your biological hardware.
My foundation in high-stakes environments was forged over 15 years embedded within judicial, probation, and public safety crisis systems. Working daily inside high-acuity environments, I witnessed firsthand how chronic pressure grinds down even the most disciplined systems. I saw clearly that traditional, talk-based models failed to provide the technical, nervous-system-level intervention required for true, lasting recovery.
To solve the friction I saw across the board, I turned to the science of the nervous system. I hold an M.A. in Psychology and am completing my M.Ed. in Neuroscience and Trauma, combining rigorous academic research with years of on-the-ground crisis application.
Out of this work, I developed the NeuroLiminal™ Performance framework—an architectural approach designed to bypass survival-based neural bracing and discharge the physical accumulation of stress at the subcortical level.
The Work & The Community
True physiological regulation isn't achieved through endless processing; it’s built through precision and shared grounding.
Beyond individual sessions and deep-dive intensives, I have a deep love for building spaces where people can regulate together. Whether we are resetting live at our immersive retreats or connecting through our monthly community spaces, shifting out of isolation is a massive part of the biological reset.
My focus across all of it is the same: moving your system out of defensive survival and back into a stable, effortless baseline. Neural maintenance isn't a luxury. It is the non-negotiable foundation of human resilience.
